Applicants must be:
- 18 years of age or older
- Landed Immigrant or Canadian Citizen
- Computer literate i.e. must be able to type and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & the Internet.
- If applicant is an ESL student must have at least Level 6 English.
